A guardian says yes first
Under-18s give a guardian's name and phone number. Their clips stay coach-only until that consent is recorded.

Coaches prove who they are
Nobody can search players, post a trial or invite an athlete until our team has verified them against a real club.

No private messaging
Coaches reach athletes through trial invites and applications, recorded in the app. There is no inbox for a stranger.

01 What does the rating actually measure?
How you move: speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, coordination, symmetry, range of motion and work rate. It does not judge your first touch, your passing or your decisions, and it does not identify anyone by face. It is a starting point for a coach, never a verdict on a player.
02 Who can join?
Athletes aged 13 and over, and coaches or scouts acting for a real club or academy. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian has to agree before your clips can be seen publicly.
03 How are coaches verified?
They send us who they are and which club they represent, and a person on our team checks it. Until that is done they cannot search athletes, post a trial, invite anyone or recommend a player.
04 What makes a good clip?
Between five and ninety seconds, filmed in daylight or good floodlights, with your whole body in frame and only you as the main subject. If the analysis can't see you well enough it tells you why and asks for another take.
05 Where is my data kept, and can I delete it?
In Europe, with the providers listed in our privacy policy. You can delete your account inside the app — Profile → Privacy & safety — and your profile, clips and applications go with it.
06 Does it cost anything?
Not today. Talento is free while we're in beta, and if that ever changes we'll say so in the app before it does. Nobody at Talento will ever ask an athlete or a family for money to attend a trial or to be scouted — report anyone who does.
07 When can I download it?
Talento is in private beta with coaches in Accra while we finish the app store submissions. Email support@talentoafrica.com and we'll add you to the next group.
